The reason that I feel this way is valid. #1 Today is the last day before Jimmy goes in to have his WLS. So we are making lots of last minute preparations. We are welcoming my parents and a friend who in to stay while they help us out the next couple of days. But the real reason that Thursday is not our friend this week is because #2 Jimmy has to drink a doctor prescribed 10oz liquid laxative. YUCK! So pardon my bathroom humor, but things are going to be poopy around here. Sorry if that's TMI.
So please be praying for Jimmy today. On the prayer note (not the poopy one) I also wanted to make today better by showing you a clip of the wonderful support that we have been receiving from our church. I hope you enjoy watching it, and please remember to keep praying for Jimmy.

Hi guys! Just found your blog today and went back and read through everything. What a journey! Please know that you are both in our thoughts and prayers, as well as the doctors, nurses, and all of the medical staff that will have a hand in the procedure and follow-up care for Jimmy. Praise the Lord for amazing friends, family, and church members that are being so supportive! Can't wait to hear updates! Hang in there, Jimmy!
